If you represent C3 as the number 1, and each white key as an increment of 1, then you can see that the opening arpeggio in "Decisive Battle! N" is comprised of the prime number representations on the piano keys. It starts at D6 (the 23rd key), goes to G5 (the 19th key), then E5 (the 17th key), A4 (13th key), F4 (11th key), B3 (7th key), G3 (5th key), and then finally E3 (the 3rd key).
The 3rd to 13th bars does the same thing but going up instead of down, from 2 (D3) to 19 (G5), following the exact same sequence of prime numbers as before. Masuda describes this as "an image of electricity in the brain".
