Yeah, Unova was done and dusted with when B2W2 released. There's nothing to "fix".
Only region that could use a second chance is maybe Kalos because it never got one.

>watch their 3d models stupidly hop and spin around the stage perpetually in their stock idle animation, which looked fucking dumb enough on DS but with 3D models becomes 12 times worse
>pressing the appeal button just causes it to play an attack animation and a shitty unshaded spotlight shines on it
>the photo at the end has the "best performer" still raised in the air, still in their idle
