Aside from Mary, I'm also waiting for Buena - although she may be generic or not appear at all (since she was absent in GS), Kimono Girls (hopefully distinct five designs, maybe something similar to Evolutions), Red's Mom & Daisy (unless they pull a LGPE and those two don't appear) and "Neo" Misty.
Johto Gym Leaders and Elite Four are generally catered by Masters, but if they get LGPE-esque redesigns based more on original GSC than HGSS, then they might be interesting.
Some Trainer Classes might be interesting to see as well, especially if they're GSC-based as well (I generally liked most LGPE's Trainers).
