>>55432443>amazing typing with almost no weaknessSure, its type is good, but even the best typing can be wasted on a shitmon (see: non-mega Mawile)
>very high BSTHigh BST doesn't mean broken. 600 is the same as every psuedo and mythical. It has the same BST as such titans as... Goodra, Diancie, Meloetta, Hoopa, Shaymin, Necrozma, and Pecharunt.
You could say it has really well allocated stats, but that's not entirely true either. It has a huge SpA stat that takes away from its bulk and Speed. 91 Speed is actually slow ever singe Gen 8. Even in Gen 5 it was still below average for the tier. Now it gets outsped by everything that isn't a stallmon.
>multiple sets that are wildly different, making it hard to counterplayThis is true. It has tons of different sets, but they all share some commonalities.
1. Lando never carries Flying type moves because all it learns is Fly. It effectively only has EQ as STAB
2. It'll never be able to meaningfully do anything to Steel/Flying or Poison/Flying type Pokemon, and other Flying types it can only threaten with Stone Edge or Toxic
3. Its best moves are U-turn and Knock Off leaving it very punishable via Flame Body, Iron Barbs, and etc
4. It has no recovery options. The best it can do is run Leftovers. Any damage on it is sticking for the whole match which makes its weakness to Iron Barbs and Rocky Helmet its Achilles Heal
5. Lando, at its best, only has a viable pool of like 8 non-EQ moves it switches between (Defog, Knock Off, Toxic, U-turn, Stone Edge, Agility, Swords Dance, and Stealth Rocks), and they're not very interchangeable. You won't see Swords Dance on a set with Defog and Toxic. You won't see Toxic on a Choice set. You won't see Agility + Stealth Rocks ever. Once you see one of its non-EQ moves, you have a good guess as to what it's using.
