Flareon is easily the worst one.
Top tier:
Sylveon (bulky and hits hard with pixelate), Vaporeon (Tank ideal for wish passing and scalding), Espeon (Magic Bounce)
Middle tier:
Umbreon (Good tank but lacks pressure if it can't toxic), Jolteon (Strong and fast but limited movepool), Glaceon (really strong but Ice type)
Low tier:
Flareon (Abyssmal HP and main stab has recoil), Leafeon (Needs to sword dance to start being semi threatening).
