I expect Johto to get literally nothing because nothing has hinted at it whatsoever and I expect Unova to get a remake, a sequel, or a legends game, because I'm not an idiot.

I'm expecting them to put red/blue and gold/silver/crystal onto that switch online gameboy emulator thing, since you can't buy them on the 3ds anymore.
If they give us a Unova game, I can't see it being a sequel, since they aren't selling the original gen 5 games anymore. Worst case scenario it's a BDSP style remake of the first game, best case for me would be a legends game.
I'd possibly buy another let's go game if it has more trainer customization and they fix the god awful pokeball throwing docked, and the performance issues in handheld. I'd absolutely love to slaughter Johto with just an egg on steroids, like I did with Eevee in Kanto.
If we get a mainline game announced I'm going to be incredibly skeptical of the quality, probably won't even preorder unless there are really good physical bonuses.
