Anyway, you want a good and actually meaningful boost for Luxray? Replace Rivarly with Infiltrator. Rivalry is really niche ability that fucks you as often as it helps you and Infiltrator actually fits flavor-wise for Luxray. Nearly all of its pokedex entries mention its ability to see in X-rays.
