They have to know that putting heartgold and soulsilver on switch is the best move. No one cares about gen 5 so putting these games on there is the only real option.

I would be fine with remakes if they at least try to do something unique. Make Johto fully 3D, but make the map follow the same layout. Reimagine the routes and cities so they are adapted from the blocky grid form and turned into a more organic version of what they're supposed to represent. Basically how we imagined the gamed as a kid.

So sad. This is eaxtly how I wanted Sinnoh remakes to be. But instead they got lazy and made a chibisit remake and gave us a shitty hollow ""experiment"" tech demo instead.
