It just needs utility moves like Follow Me or Wide Guard and a little more speed or a soecial priority move.
It already has a good ability in Competitive and should be able to punish intimidate mons

Fixing Wigglytuff wouldn't be so difficult, a few small stat buffs would go a long way and they could easily change one of it's abilities for Fluffy, which would make Wigglytuff okay at taking physical hits, Fairy/Normal is not an amazing type, but being able to counter Dragon and Ghost types pretty hard has it's perks.

none of the listed mons in the image shouldn't exist

tyrogue, riolu , munchlax and togepi are the only baby pokemon that warrant there existence
