I don't know what is going to be shown in the Pokémon Presents, but I do know is these games exist in some capacity. Perhaps something Unova related is coming but I've not heard anything.
Pokémon Trials is a set of games designed to be smaller-scale, developed by a small splinter team for release in late 2024 (possibly early 2025) while the other team work in the next full generation. Masafumi Saito is director, his first time directing a main series game.
The games feature a turn-based battle system as seen in the rest of the series, but features a new rock-paper-scissors mechanic that will determine the move strength, speed and status-inflicting or stat-affecting effectiveness. After you select a move, a slot machine visual will roll and determine the results.
The games take place in the Jukai region, I don't know if this has any relationship to previous regions. I understand it's not an open world like recent games, and is very linear. Trials North is set in the snowy winter and Trials South is set in a very sunny summer.
I don't know any story details but there are a whole bunch of Pokémon on the box covers. Some I've not seen like a purple deer with 6 legs, and a polar bear looking guy with huge paws. I recognised some others like Herdier, Ursaring, Delibird and Glalie.
That's everything I know.
