Nugens will be from 6, 8 or 9, 6 would be weird since there was no Sinnoh starter in PLA but maybe, getting both 8 and 9 would also be pretty weird.
Will they also get regional forms like in PLA? God imagine if they mix regional forms and megas, would be a mess. I’m honestly hoping they don’t and megas are the only kind of gimmick forms the new game features
