Gen 6 is low-key my most played gen and the one I learned the most about pokemon in.

Playing XY without xp share was the only time I had fun with a pokemon game as an adult.
The game has an insane main game replayability for team building and is actually challenging with somewhat minimum battles and no overpowered mons.

After years, I feel like GF had finally added some kind of difficulty setting with a game built around a multi-xp-share that can be switched off. (that isn't locked behind credits, thank you B2W2)
I think it's too bad most people haven't caught on that yet.

Yeah, you're right. Kalos saved the series from being too good after HGSS and Gen 5.
At least it's getting a shot at redemption with Legends ZA. Or ZΔ, if ORAS is anything to go by.
