Empoleon is the perfect starter. Perfect Design, Perfect Typing, and even SV gave it a new Hidden Ability to make it even more perfect.

Anything Kalos does will undoubtedly ruin what made Empoleon so great to begin with.

You all saw what they did to Typhlosion. They made him a faggy bedroom eyed stoner and ruined his legacy
