Kanto's tumor doesn't deserves anything, maybe if Kanto's tumor earned respect by carving an identity of its own like Hoeen did instead of leeching off Kanto then it would get a game.

Don't forget the cameos in SM and tons of shilling in the Journeys anime. Everyone repeats "Kanto Kanto Kanto", but Sinnoh has received the most blatantly favorable treatment ever.
