These two mon deserve something. Never given evos or baby forms. Never given regionals, Gigantimax forms, nothing.

They'll likely get something eventually, Game Freak doesn't hate Hoeen like it does Kanto's Tumor.

Odds are low
Likely mons from other generations will get Megas and not Hoenn mons. Hoenn is not as popular in Japan as it is in the west. It’s popularity is like the inverse of Unova’s.
Hell it’s a legends game and the last game didn’t include every Pokémon, even if they appeared in DPPt

I think ORAS not having the battle frontier killed their chances. With so many Hoenn mons getting covered there and Lucy's ace being a seviper, seviper would've been a shoo-in and zangoose would've gotten one as its counterpart. Now that so many Hoenn mons have megas (second most of any region after Kanto) and there's so many other regions to cover, I would expect very few or no new Hoenn megas, and I'd also expect flygon to eat one of those coveted spots due to outcry last time.
Would love a mega seviper though, always been one of my favorites. So many cool directions to take them in; maybe a poison/dragon lindworm to oppose a normal/steel knight, maybe leaning harder into its subtle mesoamerican inspiration, maybe just becoming another multiheaded serpent because those are always winners.
