Everyone thinks Serperior and Empoleon are a lock for Legends but I'm willing to bet that Gamefreak will throw a curveball and pull something entirely unexpected to catch us off guard.

After all everyone thought we were gonna get Unova games but didn't expect that they would skip over an entire Generation and head straight into Kalos

Gamefreak is never usually that predictable (unless someone leaks content)
