>>55510642You know how we recently had rumors about a “Black Gold and White Silver” crossover game that blended johto and unova together? Well, something like that, Galar is a shit region so it should be mixed with another region to elevate it, and if you think about it, Galar is a shittier Unova (tale of two heroes/brothers, heavy Turner influence, etc…) so by adding more elements from unova you could end up having a good version of Galar. Sword and shield had shitty pokemon, characters and story, but it had a good concept for a region, so throw all the bad away, unova was almost the opposite, good characters, good story and even if it might be hard for some to admit, a pretty decent lineup of pokemon overall (seriously, we didn’t know how good we had it compared to the atrocities that are the galar and paldea mons) but a shit region. So I’d say essentially make a game that takes place in Galar but has the BW stories and characters, and most of the pokemon, while throwing in a few others from other generations and some Unova locations. I mean, stuff that felt out of place in an America inspired region (castles, dragons, evil team larping as medieval knights) would be a far better fit for a British-inspired region, call them Black Sword and White Shield, I dunno.
