Kanto as a whole had a city vibe, with routes being more like parks and cities actually being districts. Only in Johto did they feel like actual wilderness.

I wish we did, it had 14 brand new cities (plus a shrunk Kanto). It was like Johto 1.5x and Kanto was reduced to only the important parts people would care about.

its kind of neat how the spaceworld kanto demonstrates that the presentation is representative and towns dont literally have between 10 buildings. not that it needs to spelled out but its cool to see it in action so to speak
