Why do most fan made megas looks cooler than the actual megas we got?

Because they are not restricted
Artist and graphic programmers are too lazy to repeat an overly complicated design for a 1000x times again and again.

That weavile would take 2 weeks to render in Animation even with automation

That Weavile is literally based off the Pokken version and the only truly different thing from the original is the "mask".
It would take no time to model since most of it is in the standard model itself and the same goes for animation.

This is why modern pokémon designs are so bad, it's not about what the devs think will be cool, it's about making safe and marketable creatures, except marketers dont know anything about whats good, just whats safe

It is literally a stated rule in pokemon's design philosophy that they can't be "too cool" and if a design is cool they have to add a retarded design element to water down the cool factor

like 95% of them are terrible, they basically have no design to them at all and they basically just look like someone's personal OC version of a specific mon.
That being said, there are some gems, generally from artists who have actual ideas. But that just comes down to the sheer amount of people making speculative megas.
