And looking at the PLA starters I can believe Typhlosion is one of the most unpopular pokemon since TPC clearly regrets its existence since they never use it anywhere, and Samuorott is from Unova and everything from Unova is bad because...reasons. But they actually use Decidueye for things, why the fuck would School shooter Owl be chosen for Unite if its so shit it needed to be replaced ?
So what's the real reason? Do regionals happen just because game freak likes the pokemon but are tone-deaf to the fact that megas are better?
