The Chingling line's primary concept are sharp bells like the wind chime and jingle bell, which they resemble and act like. Milotic is a boss as well to the people who played Hoenn (and actually DP did a better job of introducing it - in Emerald it’s the champion’s ace but there’s also a random NPC that spoils it to you on a rain route)
