I love Zeraora. I think he's super cool, I just think that it's because starting Gen 6 they stopped promoting Mythical Shillmon like they used to. But otherwise, I think he's super cool and get enough merch to not be considered a failure, but not enough to be a shillmon

Tons of people missed the event so it was stupid like the Zoroark event.
Should have just put a QR code to unlock an in game event to promote the movie.
Maybe then it would have been more popular.

They fucked up by making it a myth*cal. Lucario was at least a normal Pokemon and they saved Zoroark with BW2. But being event only means nobody will be able to catch it in game and therefore less people will even know it exists. Even worse, it's upstaged by Ho-oh in its own movie.

They did. It's was slow 3D crap using Unreal Engine (the first one). Got cancelled in early alpha.
Only upside of it was that Jazz & Eva canonically banged, since it's their kids that get kidnapped this time.
