Their bouncer will violently throw you out if you wander in, even if you're the Champion, and the only reason you're allowed to stay is because the owner recognizes you as the super-stylish Champion, someone with significant influence over the city. And even despite that it costs a cool half a million to dine there, with a gift basket worth half that. The only way you can make money at that restaurant is if you use every method of money-boosting items and moves possible, and it's the ONLY restaurant that you need to do this at. At Cafe Le Wow you can make money just off the gift basket alone, and they treat you nicely.
