>>55565500The dark blue is obviously supposed to mimic a fancy suit/tux jacket with coat tails, the white is the shirt underneath, and the black on it's legs are the pants. You know, like classic spies like James Bond are typically shown wearing. Plus the gloves to prevent leaving finger prints. I'd change it so the front/underside was all black and the back/extremities can keep the light blue with dark blue edges around the sails and stripe down it's back to still fit the way reptiles have a one color/pattern on the outer scales and a different (usually lighter, but the reverse in this case prevents changing the pokemon's design entirely) on their underside.
