Every smogonious compCHAD knows that you only need EITHER attack OR special attack. Having points in both attack and spattack is a waste.
With the same base stat total, they could have given this Pokémon 260 special attack and 10 attack or 200 speed, 150 special attack and 10 attack to make it a special attack sweeper.
