Last Legends game was announced with "Coming Early 2022". Z-A only has "Coming 2025".
The entire reason PLA came out in January was because it was an unproven concept. It has since proven that it sells just as well as other mainline games and can be released in November.

They released it then, because they had SV for November '22, you stupid fuck. The fact they then turned around and announced L: Z-A for 2025 should tell you they're not trying to launch Gen 10 in '25 (because they respect the revenue draw that is their anniversary years). Else they'd have announced L: Z-A for "EARLY 2025" just like with Arceus, which launched Jan '22 and then followed by Gen 9's release later that same year.

It's impossible for Pokemon to come out on non-Nintendo platforms, Nintendo owns a third of the franchise and 50% of Game Freak, they are pretty much the owners of Pokemon, though they don't have enough say to pick who makes them.

Child, I was 15 when Red/Blue hit Europe. And until July, there's still a chance they reveal SOMETHING. Because you sure as fuck are new if you forget they didn't reveal rehashes, ORAS or LGPE until May or June. Just because they haven't talked about something now doesn't meant they're not going to. And they had FURTHER reason to not announce it, as they announced two games, one a Legends title in '21, with an expectation of Legends in early '22 and didn't want people to assume the release roadmap was the same as '21's announcement and release timeframe (I mean look at the confusion from the kiddiwinks here, who assume both L: Z-A's gonna be early '25 and Gen 10 is gonna follow in late '25 and they got fucking TOLD it's "2025", indicating further into the year than Q1).

Nintendo don't talk in-depth about upcoming releases until they're 6 months from release but WILL announce significant IP's latest games to go into development (MP4, TotK). That extends to their second-party collaborators. And Game Freak have their own cultural phenomenon apart from that. They announced L: Z-A as they either didn't want to reveal this year's game yet and Legends and have everyone think Legends was due Q1 '25 or they haven't got anything for this year, but still knew people would expect SOMETHING on Pokémon day (I don't think that's likely at all, especially if they're going to the fuck of releasing on Switch when Nintendo will be shilling SwitchUps for next christmas and with nothing revealed from EAD for Switch this year either).

Yes, it's called "being a long-term observer regarding how Game Freak operate". Nothing's off-the-table until the timescales put it off the table (the multitude of May/June reveals equate to the potential of a similar reveal IF there's one incoming) and they're deliberate about how they present their shit (Early '22 for L: A but "2025" for L: Z-A, indicating a release later in the year). There may be nothing revealed alright (wouldn't be odd for them to skip a year every so often) but claiming in fucking March there's nothing when rehashes, remakes and LGPE all got revealed in May or June, per their production cycles is fucking retarded.
