It'd take more than one for Pokemon like Hippowdon, but when being made of metal doesn't matter (even if you forced them to act as Pokemon since Steel doesn't resist Dark for Crunch), Lions take out elephants in the wild in packs.
Then since it's Pokemon, it'd probably be easier since Pokemon tend not to be as bloodthirsty as real animals.
