it has prominent teeth but can't learn poison fang or any bite moves, it can drain punch but no other punches or even poison jab, smack down/stomping tantrum but no actually good rock/ground moves, it has random nonsensical special coverage that it'll never use because 60 spa like thunderbolt and psychic, it just goes on and on
