HOWEVER, i AGREE op, i too am autistic enough to care about the value of my off-colored digital animals in my childrens japanese videogame! I haven't played SV but from what I can tell the sparkling sandwich method, alongside the outbreaks from PLA and the wormholes from USUM are too easy. Everything else though? Radar? Chain Fish? SOS? Catch Combo? Masuda Method? Friend Safari? DexNav? All that? I'm cool with it, sure it makes them easier, but it can still take your ass a fucking while, and they usually do feel earned.
Anyways here are most of mine, yellow is friend safari, green is masuda, orange is sos, gray is the swsh "encounter method" (what painful hunts these both where), blue is chain fish, and both my Unfezants are full odds, female 1//4096 and the male 1/8192. If you feel down about shinies being less valuable I highly recommend hunting full-odds in the 2D games, I have 10 and keep them in their og games and love them all.
