Why do they even make these Pokemon they aren't going to show up in the wild again, and if they do somehow make in the game it will just be like a trade or transfer only thing. Like what the fuck is the point of all these gimmicks when they don't have longevity

They're in Legends Arceus. Braviary is in SV, so Hisuian Braviary can be transferred in as well. They share the same Pokedex number.

No, of course not. You don't go to Hisui in SV, so all Rufflets, regardless of game of origin, will evolve into regular Braviary there. Correspondingly all Rufflet that evolve in Legends Arceus evolve into Hisuian Braviary, regardless of game of origin. Because Legends Arceus is set in Hisui.

Your similes are nonsensical and your brain is utterly rotten. If Rufflet was adapted to the environment it'd be called Hisuian Rufflet, like Hisuian Sneasel and Galarian Zigzagoon. Braviary is the one that's adapted.

I'll tell you what annoys me. Blueberry Academy has wild Alolan forms, but you can't evolve Alolan forms there.
Catch an Exeggcute in the Coastal Biome, while standing next to a spawn of Alolan Exeggutors, and then you slap a Leaf Stone on it, while in the Coastal Biome, and it comes out as a Kanto Exeggutor.

Makes no fucking sense

Kek. Totally your fault for buying the DLC. GF should take a page out of PoGO and let them hold regional stones when evolving (for example, Sinnoh Stone, Unova Stone, etc). That should solve all of regional evolution problems but why they don't do it is beyond me.

I mean I have a living dex in Home so it's not like I'm missing out, I own Sun version and can play it whenever. Game Freak just makes some aggravating oversights when pushing out new games
But yeah regional stones would help a lot. Or even just new evolution methods for these guys. Sun Stone for Alolan Exeggutor instead of Leaf

Or a stack of pancakes for Alolan Raichu. Wouldn't be the first time they introduced a new method for an old mon. Without contests, Feebas uses an item, and without the scrolls in the Isle of Armor, Kubfu uses an item too

You don't have to turn that into an item, just make that a menu item at a restaraunt, and if you have a Pikachu in your party when you order it it'll evolve after.
