Let’s Go is the mega universe, so the story events of Kanto that link up with XY, ORAS, and the Alola games were all done by Elaine.
The existence of Mewtwo in both XY and Let’s Go’s over world (i.e, no time and space shenanigans) implies their are multiple Mewtwo in the mega universe.
Red, Blue, and Green all exist and have completed their main journeys. Red is looking for a good challenge at the league. Blue is a gym leader. Green was the Pokédex completion seeker per the Evolutions anime. They are also closer to their Adventures manga counterparts while not being exactly the same due to Elaine taking over as Kanto protagonist.
I really want a Let’s Go Johto game to see more of this alternative timeline.
