I think there's some kind of unspoken rule at TPC that would prevent this. Not sure what it could be, though. Maybe it's the fact that a functional car Pokemon would have significant implications for the Pokemon setting. Imagine little kids not being able to drive, but they can just get around on those things. Or just grown ass adults deciding to get around on them instead of driving. They'd realistically be everywhere and people would be questioning why TPC didn't think of it prior.

Big block V8s and tumbleweeds are associated with the United States so I can definitely see those things living in Unova. If we ever get a remake I think we should get them as encounters like how ORAS added post-Gen 3 mons to its routes. Duradulon and Archaludon as well.

Imagine if it didn't just levitate for no discernible reason (other than GF not wanting to program how to make it roll across uneven terrain). Imagine if it took hold of actual junked cars instead of just carving makeshift cars out of rocks, which would be nice environmental storytelling to portray how motor vehicles in Paldea have been phased out or were never in favor in the first place thanks to Cyclizar. If it did those two things, I'd like it a lot more, but it's still cool enough to be a 7/10 for me.

I used one on my Violet playthrough, ended up really liking it. Poison/Steel is an amazing type, Shift Gear is great setup and Parting Shot makes it super fun. I ended up with a kind of hit-and-run playstyle where Revavroom switches in, hits hard, and pivots out of the opponent's next pokemon; it feels like the way Revavroom functions in battle matches its design perfectly, which is cool.
