Good variety in features but nothing unique, and when it comes to roleplay/writefagging, leaning out of optimized choices in favor of picks that better fit your character's... well, character, is important. Even for lower-effort stuff like plotless smut that's optimized for fapping/schlicking, the general fickleness of RP partners means you run through them a lot (ones from sites like Omegle or Sham/RoleChat ghost out of nowhere with incredible frequency) and see the same scenes set up a lot, so some intentionally unconventional species to spice things up go a long way to keep it feeling fresh
Whenever I've played as or with female characters I see most of those picks a lot, again I rate them good for versatility but poorly for actual uniqueness. Basic bitch tier.
