which gym do you think has the worst puzzle or design? surge's gym is barely electric themed, I don't know what pushing buttons in trash cans has to do with electricity maybe it's like your closing circuits but that's a real stretch. Giovanni is a close second but at least that's a callback to the rocket base under the game corner it's like a subtle hint to who the viridian city gym leader is before you see him.
