Gonna be real with you, it's the best of the beast trio and it's not even close.
Entei has a good movie, Suicune has.... Crystal Version. Raikou doesn't have shit but it looks rad as hell.
Also Zapdos has always been the most competitively viable of the legendary kanto birds, so I imagine plenty of people just like it for that.
