Reminder that Magma wanted to make more land by erupting a landlocked Volcano, and Team Aqua looked at Hoeen and thought "3/10, not enough water"

Fun fact, every single team aqua/magma member, be it grunts, admins, or the leaders, all use the same 3 evolutionary lines (Zubat, Poochyena, Carvanha/Numel). Even though a grunt was seen training Wailmers, they never use this mon.

Zubat's annoying, but well-implemented. Gives strong presence and memorability to Mt. Moon by frustrating you. Encourages you to learn more about the game's mechanics like Repels to overcome obstacles. Shame the concept isn't really expanded on later in the game (and series for that matter) when the level advantage becomes too much that you invariably sweep everything. Hoenn water routes, Geodude Sturdy in Mt. Coronet and the Arena Trap in the Lumiose Badlands were good at this too.
