I liked the ones in the gen 4 underground the most, it was a huge missed opportunity to not have them with the online features that ORAS added and bonus features. The BDSP bases are actively insulting.

ORAS, no question. I had Secret Power in my HM toolkit to check out and constantly make bases as I progressed through the game.
