Also no, I really dont think japanese have this kind of mindset or even normally know what "blackface" is. Its just amerishart retardation liberal screeching over things that always existed and their downie tier "comicity" which is 100% of the times about race and gays because Americans dont have anything else in their mind apart from sex, gaysex and interracial sex.

That said in the pokemon lore humans are definitely the closest to monkeys as theyre also usually normal-type which is the closest to typeless humans
