Combined they sell Dragon Rage, Hyper Beam, Substitute in GC and Double Team, Razor Wind, Egg Bomb, Mega Kick, Submission, Reflect, Horn Drill, Mega Punch, Take Down, Ice Beam, Rock Slide, Tri Attack in DS. I'd hardly call that being able to buy most of the useful ones.
