And he doesn't go near Nemona because she beat his ass like 2 minutes after they met.
TM Kieran and epilogue Kieran are barely comparable. TM Kiki hid behind Carmine and could barely introduce himself. He also kept saying how he doesn't want to be a bother, stuff like that. He obviously thought very little of himself, which is his core problem and the reason why he became an edgy chuuni in ID in the first place. He had a severe lack of self-worth, which he blamed on his lack of power, and artificially inflated his ego in an attempt to gain it, then realized that self-worth is not equal to power.
Epilogue Kiki was also not seething after he lost to Nemona, which other iterations of Kieran would've definitely done.
