>>55716267That's what I'm doing. It's mostly me thinking of locations I'd like to have in my region, and then finding ways to mesh them together in a way that makes sense. If I had to base it on a real world location, it would require way more research to be able to do it properly. Best thing would be making one based on my own country, but that wouldn't work cause there's just not enough there to make an interesting region design. I see it as rather limiting, so I just draw what I feel like. I'm mostly just focussing on the fakemon first and foremost, but I do have some thought already put in the region design.
