it's design is awful and uninspired
and gameplay wise there's no way to make it viable in any way even in formats where all but the shittiest mons are banned, without basically making it have nothing in common with its original set of stats, moves, and abilities
even then there's like so many pure normal pokemon that it'd feel pointless to try and list every single line of them, and the vast majority will just be better simply due to having better stats, abilities, and movepool
