>>55722746I generally stick to Gen 1-3, Platinum, HGSS, BW(2), USUM and PLA. Occasionally I'll play romhacks but usually it's just the ones that enhance things by adding crossgen evos, making progression non-linear or graphical updates and QoL improvements, not too big on stuff like fakemon, though I did enjoy Fools Gold and the '98 Spaceworld Romhack so I suppose "remixed" Pokemon are okay for me.
Spin-offs are occasionally fun, Go can be fun with IRL people to play with but honestly I've not really been playing many Pokemon games as of late. It'd be nice to finally be able to move on and get rid of my 'tism for the series but it feels too ingrained in my psyche. One can hope.
