It's a reference to a phrase that noblewomen say. They call out "sanaito" if they're in danger or when they want to flirt, it's a Japanese cliche. The subversion with Gardevoir is that it's the noblewoman and the knight combined into one entity. That's why she never says the full "sanaito" in Japanese. She only ever goes as far as saying "sanai".
