If Megas are coming back in Legends Z-A, does that mean Z-Moves could return in a future game?

No. Megas are common because they gave CHARIZARD two broken special snowflake super saiyan forms. Z moves didn’t give CHARIZARD anything special so game freak has no reason to bring them back

They might, but I'd say it's much less likely to happen than Megas returning. I haven't really seen anyone clamoring to have Z-Moves back.

No it doesn't mean that, but it's highly likely they will return in the next Alola game.
Unfortunately abilities and held items coming back didn't mean triples or rotation returning in gen 9 either.
