Game Freak's KANTOOOOO obsession was ruining the series, Sinnohs dex was ruined to make room for KANTOOOOOO (and only 150 Pokémon because KANTOOOO), Hoeen Pokemon made SFMAs to not overshadow KANTOOOOO, FRLG was a lazy cashgrab that bogged down Gen 3 just so Game Freak could shove KANTOOOOO, in our faces, and Johto was Ground Zero to KANTOOOO's bullshit forever being known as nothing but Kanto;s Backyard: Gym teams bloated with KANTOOOOOO, Wild encounters bloated with KANTOOOOOOO, only 100 pokemon and most of then evos or worse, worthless babies of KANTOOOOOOOO, story is litrealy just KANTOOOOOO's epilgoue, and Game Freak was too stupid to fix any of that in HGSS because small indie company. Johto received so much hate for its overdependence on KANTOOO that it forced Masuda used his brain for once and decided to make the next game his MagnumOpus. So made Unova to be completely independent from all other regions wih the most new pokemon of any region, but Genwunners thew a tantrum because they hade to use new Pokemon in a new region, so Masuda compromised his artistic vision and bloated BW2 with KANTOOOOO Pokemon but that STILL wasn't enough so Masuda gave up and the franchise went to shit.
