Starters are Serperior, Empoleon, Cinderace, all based on French culture (no shit)
Serperior - Grass/Steel, swaps special attack with physical, based on a knight. New move Sacred Slash (65 BP, 90% accuracy, Steel type: basically a clone of Ceaseless Edge)
Empoleon - Water/Fighting, swaps physical attack with special, trades bulk in for speed, based on a general. New move Fowl Flank (60 BP, 100% accuracy, Fighting type: 100% crit chance, high chance to flinch)
Cinderace - Fire/Fairy, trades in speed for bulk and HP, physical attack swapped for special, based on Angora rabbit/upper nobility. New move Starlit Strike (75 BP, 100% accuracy, Fairy type: restores HP to half damage taken, gives Obscured status to user)
New regional forms and evos:
Sunfleurir (Sunflora evolution, speed and special attack boost, still pure grass)
Skuntank Poison/Fire (attack and special attack are swapped, HP traded in for speed)
Dragapult Dragon/Water (attack and special attack swapped, speed traded in for defenses, special version of Dragon Darts)
