That person being the other parent is even only vaguely implied, it doesn't proof anything. Sada and Turo as we see them in the games cannot exist in the same universe because the book defined them as a person. And only one of the two books can exist per universe. If Sada exists in Violet and vice versa with Turo, they are completely different people who only look roughly the same.
For all we know, Sada and Turo could have the same parents, and the other parent is a complete stranger who is male in Scarlet and female in Violet.
