It's still fairly memorable in spite of that, more memorable than some main storyline shit from some other Pokemon games. Like, there's a reason the only things consistently posted about XY and SS are the retarded motivations of their main antagonists while SV, SM, or BW have more brought up more consistently. Hell, there's a roadblock in B2W2 that's more memorable than the earlier two examples, and at least that's bad in a funny way for a little bit instead of a central point of the game.
