For Koraidon/Miraidon your best bet is either touch trading in the Wi-fi General, or starting a new save on a new profile (Home will connect to both), transferring over your starter from your new game to your old one, powergrinding it to level 100, and transferring it back, then speedrunning it. You get two Raidons per game, one you ride on (can't leave the game) and one you can freely trade, so if you want one for your dex you'll need to pick up a second for the other version's Raidon.
